The National Day of the American Cowboy lands each year on the fourth Saturday of July. In a city like Norco, this means summer fun, of course! For 2019, the City of Norco is hosting a celebration on Saturday, July 27 at the George Ingalls Equestrian Event Center at Ingalls Park, off Crestview Drive.
How to Celebrate the National Day of the American Cowboy
So, what do you do if you’re not a cowboy or cowgirl? You can still celebrate! According to NationalDayCalendar.com, suggested ways to observe this day include celebrating with a friend or acquaintance that’s a cowboy, watching a Western movie or reading a Western novel, or attending a rodeo or cowboy-themed event.
Norco’s Celebration Is Fun for All
Norco’s celebration at the George Ingalls Equestrian Event Center is fun for all. Free admission opens at 8am, but note that there is a $5 per car parking fee.
