Petting Zoos
Norco has a couple petting zoo options, each with a twist Magical Minis Petting Zoo is a more traditional petting zoo with all the animals you’d expect. The twist? Magical Minis comes to you! As a traveling petting zoo it’s well suited for parties and events rather than for a day trip or fun morning activity. If you’re looking for a destination petting zoo instead, check out SoCal MiniPigs. SoCal MiniPigs is a minipig breeder that allows visits to their farm. What their animals lack in variety (it’s only minipigs) they sure make up for in cuteness!
Dairyland Park
Located in nearby Eastvale, Dairyland Park is a great kid- and dog-friendly destination, especially on warm afternoons. The main feature here is a very sizeable splash pad area, so make sure the kids (and you!) are wearing water-friendly clothes. And bring plenty of towels!
Other great features at Dairland park include dual enclosed dog play areas and walking trails. The best part? Dairyland Park is completely free, including the water play area.
Tom’s Farms
Tom’s Farms is a perennial family favorite located just a short drive down Interstate 15 in Temescal Valley. Tom’s Farms started as a humble farm stand selling local produce. In time, they added a hamburger shop and a large furniture store. Over time they’ve added numerous family attractions, making the farms into an all-day destination. Tom’s Farms has something for everyone, including pony rides, a petting zoo, a koi pond, and a small amusement park.
One of these attractions is sure to please even the pickiest kids!
